What is middle-mile transportation?
Middle-mile transportation refers to the movement of freight between fulfillment centers, sortation centers, and distribution facilities — bridging the gap between warehousing and final delivery. Forza Logistics Inc. plays a critical role in keeping the supply chain moving efficiently between facilities.
What positions are currently available?
We hire CDL Class A drivers and fleet operations managers. Open positions are listed on our careers page, and applicants can select the role they’re applying for in the application form.
What qualifications are required to apply?
Valid Class A CDL (Clean Driving Record Required)
Must own and use an iPhone
Availability for overnight shifts up to 13 hours
Must pass a 10 year background check
Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening
Strong commitment to punctuality — ZERO tolerance for lateness
ZERO tolerance for cell phone usage while driving
Must live within 45 minutes of our yard in Bordentown, New Jersey
Expectations:
